Foryao Technology Accompanies U.S. Clients on Tour of Zoomlion Smart Industrial City; Visitors Praise Advanced “Lights-Out” Factory and Explore Broader Cooperation
Changsha, China – September 18, 2025 – Foryao Technology today led a delegation of senior executives from a leading U.S. construction-equipment distributor on an exclusive tour of Zoomlion Smart Industrial City, the world-class manufacturing campus of global heavy-machinery giant Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co. The visit concluded with both the American guests and Zoomlion leadership expressing strong confidence in deepening tripartite commercial cooperation.

Accompanied by Mr. Ren, Vice President of Zoomlion, and a team of senior R&D and production engineers, the U.S. clients were given first-hand exposure to Zoomlion’s fully automated “lights-out” factory—an 80,000-square-meter facility where robotic arms, AGVs and 5G-connected sensors operate 24/7 without human intervention. The line currently produces next-generation telescopic handlers at a takt time 35 % faster than conventional plants while maintaining an IPQC pass rate of 99.7 %.
“Walking through a plant that literally turns off the lights and still outproduces anything I’ve seen in North America was eye-opening,” said the client’s Chief Operating Officer. “The precision, data transparency and sustainability metrics we witnessed today prove that ‘Made in China’ is now synonymous with cutting-edge engineering.”

Throughout the three-hour program, Foryao Technology served as technical interpreter and commercial bridge, outlining joint after-sales, financing and localized retrofit packages that would bring Zoomlion’s intelligent equipment to American job-sites in full compliance with EPA and OSHA standards.
Vice President Ren commented, “Zoomlion has invested over USD 1.5 billion in smart manufacturing in the past five years. Having Foryao Technology introduce our capabilities directly to top-tier U.S. partners accelerates our globalization strategy and mutual market expansion.”
The parties agreed to form a joint working committee that will finalize a phased procurement and co-development roadmap before the CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2026 trade show in Las Vegas. A follow-up visit to Foryao Technology’s Hawaii service center is already scheduled for November.
